Halle Berry is as fit as they come and the Oscar winner and mother of two has decided to reveal to the world her 10-minute exercise routine that helps keep her body snatched.

This #FitnessFriday is dedicated to the importance of stretching! After I work out, it’s important for me to stretch and lengthen. Fitness is not just about running, lifting and punching. For me, being athletic and super fit is also about being still, stretching and breathing. Including stretching in my fitness program helps my muscles stay long, limber, improves my mobility and range of motion and, most importantly, helps me avoid injuries. This is one of my favorite #yoga poses, the shoulder stand, that stretches my lower spine and legs. I feel 2 inches taller after this stretch! Some people use yoga poses to manage stress, increase circulation, for medication, recovery, better sleep, and mobility just to name a few. Here is Halle’s workout routine: “Today we share our ONE PIECE WORKOUT! Again, it can be done in just 10 minutes, which I love. All you have to do is choose the piece, either a #kettlebell or #dumbbell, and Peter will show you the rest on my Stories and Fitness icon. If you’re just starting out or if you’re advanced in your fitness routine you can get a great workout with just one piece.
Here’s what you do:
1. Push-up into row
2. KB / DB snatch
3. Single arm overhead lunge
4. Single arm military press
5. Squat.”

She went on to reveal: “You must repeat on both sides to stay balanced and they constitute one set. See how many sets you can do in 10 min. Let your goal be 5-8 rounds. The heavier the weight, the fewer rounds you will do. Our KB is 25 lbs and DB is 20 lbs, but choose the weight that is right for you. Also in my Stories, I share my keto breakfast omelet and my sausage and cabbage skillet lunch I had today. Have fun and enjoy.”

Halle, 51, also told her fans to maintain the goddess-like figure she avoids eating fruits except for, wait for it ….berries! Indeed Halle loves berries.
